It has come to my attention that V & V has not taken the proper precautions regarding exceptionally powerful character approval. What this means is that we feel that the review of 1 staff member simply is not enough for some applications.
We will be instating a new rule that will require the review and approval of 2 staff members for exceptionally powerful characters such as Thor, Superman, and many others. Please do not be discouraged. This is merely to ensure that characters of such exceptional power are only used by equally exceptional players, thus bettering the experience for all members.
Please be patient while the details are worked out.
