Oh, definitely. Batman is not big on other superheroes trying to move in on Gotham, he doesn't even like Superman hanging around too much without an invitation and that's like his best bud. If he realized Nightcrawler seemed to have plans other than just passing through, he'd want to have a talk with him about it.
One interesting thing though, is that Kurt has a lot in common with Dick Grayson, the first Robin. Given that they both come from circus-acrobatic backgrounds and have that friendly, swashbuckler vice going on. That realization might win him a little slack with Bats. Although, he still wouldn't want him operating in Gotham, given that he feels most heroes don't understand/properly respect the city and how it works.

That's interesting indeed, and once we get the ball rolling, it would make quite a fun thread, I do believe. So that being said, would you like me to start with this information in mind, or you?
