X-Men Chibi Comics

This started out as a German project--required. I've never drawn chibis before, but once I did, I had a few comics come out. Not a lot of time was spent on any of them, but they're what I have. Translations will be below each page.

Iceman ist tot <Iceman is dead>

Rogue: Remy, we have a problem.
Gambit: What's up?
Rogue: I think Bobby's dead.
Gambit: My God! What happened?
Rogue: He kissed me ... because I'm having a streak of bad luck.
Gambit: That's too bad. No one can do anything!
Rogue: That's not so! I must call Kurt.
Nightcrawler: Hello. Kurt Wagner here.
Rogue: KURT! Bobby is dead!

Nightcrawler: WHAT?! What did he do?
Rogue: Uh ... his heart's broken.
Nightcrawler: I'll give you some good advice.
Rogue: I hope so!
Nightcrawler: Is he blue (drunk ...)?
Rogue: Yeah ...
Nightcrawler: Then he's not dead! Do you know nothing about him?
Rogue: You're very smart. I didn't think of that. Thank-you!
Nightcrawler: Welcome. Until later!

*click* *bzzzzzz*

Magneto will beitreten <Magneto wants to join>

Mangeto: I'm now a good man! I can join the X-Men.
Cyclops: I don't think that's a good idea.
Xavier: Cyclops, Magneto is my friend. I can't say no.
Rogue: Magneto! You came! You love me, too!
Gambit: Why do I love you? You kissed Iceman and gave a hug to Magneto. But ... nothing for me!
Cyclops: I can't do anything.

Wen liebest du lieber? <Who do you love more?>

Rogue: I'm sorry, Remy. I was dumb, inconsiderate--
Gambit: And was a shithead?
Rogue: Remy!!
Gambit: Magneto came and suddenly I'm not important. Do you not love me?
Gambit: Rogue ...? I love you. Do you love me?
Rogue: Remy, I always love you.
Rogue: Magneto?
Gambit: Shithead.

Oh how recent marvel comics had made me feel recently. Being a RoguexRemy fan... I'm gonna stick to my early 90's cartoon era and enjoy them in their prime. Hehe I do enjoy the comics though.

Also yayBobby's dead~! err... I mean *shifty glance* ...boo-hoo?

I've started reading comics from the second generation of X-Men and on. I've only recently gotten into the 2000 comics, and only so far as where Apocalypse pulls together his twelve. Other than that, I've read the series where Kurt died (cried when I read the Hellbound ... stupid Hellbound), and that's it. Not ... looking forward to reading the newer comics, then.

Nineties so far have been my favorite, especially when Kurt, Kitty and Piotr disbanded from Excalibur and rejoined the X-Men. But ah well.

Hehe. Unfortunately (or fortunately, I dunno), as Kurt pointed out, Bobby's not dead. Rogue just gave him a heck of a kiss. Much to Remy's dismay.

There was a very brief time in the comics where Rogue was with Magneto. Well, Joseph. Kind of. I dunno. It amused me at the time of drawing these comics, and it amuses me still.

Naked ...? *looks back up and facepalms* Whoops!

Hah! Trust me, from one artist to another... It happens. XD

The bit with young!Magneto was fine. But in the recent comics, she gets with him again. >>;; Not Young!Magneto, but... the normal physically in his 50s one.

Yeah, I know it happens. Digital art, traditional art, even with simple pencils. I've done it all. And I laughed at myself when I realized that I have.

*grumbles* Newer comics. You taunt me. But that's kinda gross. Rogue/Remy all the way, despite what these comics may say.

Ditto here. Romy all the way, as far as canon story goes.

I don't mind if they stray away from it once in awhile, especially in AUs, but at least be believable with who they pair up with. >>;;;
